Chesapeake Beach, Calvert County, Md. 20732
Chesapeake Beach is as close as it gets to a resort town in Southern Maryland. Once a sleepy little town of mostly summer cottages,
we now house over 3300 residents. We are an incorporated town complete with mayor and town hall, volunteer fire department and
many area attractions.
Located directly on the Chesapeake Bay with an inlet and marina going into Fishing Creek, we have numerous opportunities to enjoy
the beach and water activities. You can enjoy the community beach with newly constructed boardwalk, the Railroad Museum, Water Park,
marinas and many shops and restaurants serving our famous local seafood. The neighboring town of North Beach is practically
indistinguishable from Chesapeake Beach so any information on North Beach will probably also apply to Chesapeake Beach.
Many of the small summer cottages have been revamped into unique and beautiful primary residences. There are also a few condo and
townhome communities from which to choose. A retirement apartment complex is located within view of the Bay. Walk to restaurants and
shops and get your exercise on the boardwalk. The Bay views are terrific. You need to visit – you'll love it here. Then, you can call me to
discuss available homes in the area.
