HOW I WORK WITH MY CLIENTS
I try to make sure that my contacts and other professionals to whom you'll be directed throughout the transaction treat you honestly and fairly and reflect the same business ethic. I do know my job inside and out and part of my job is to advise you on real estate matters. I need to be thoroughly honest with you and that sometimes may not be what you'll want to hear. My main mode of communication will be through e-mail, assuming you have e-mail access and it's ok with you to stay in touch that way. I will be loyal to you and expect the same in return. My personality does not permit me to be a pushy sales person. I'm easy going and never, ever will try to pressure you into a decision that won't be beneficial to you. I will always respect your privacy. Our conversations will remain confidential unless you direct me to share information. Likewise, any information you provide to me such as social security numbers and phone numbers will be considered confidential and will never be shared unless directed by you. My years of experience since 1986 benefits you. I am especially good at guiding first time home buyers and sellers through the process. I enjoy sharing information and helping buyers and sellers feel comfortable. You need to know what to expect and when. I can't always guarantee the outcome because there are aspects that may be out of my control. I am good at negotiating on your behalf. There are very few people I can't get along with. If, however, we decide that we're not clicking - we terminate our relationship. Honesty is very important to me and you need to feel comfortable with your real estate agent. I can always be reached. I carry my Blackberry and check messages and e-mails constantly. I will get back to you as soon as possible if I don't answer my phone. When I'm with clients and involved in important conversation, paper work or negotiation, I sometimes will not take phone calls. I think it's rather rude to be constantly interrupting such important events. Let's Get Started First Name: Last Name: E-mail: Telephone: I am a: BuyerSeller Question?
